In some cases, the Cookies widget is not displayed, here are the solutions to this problem:

1. Check the domains associated with the widget. To do this, go to Cookies > Select a widget > Settings Modify the authorized domains in this way, respecting the format https://myurl.com:

2. Check the validity of your public API key (Don't use the private key!). To do this, go to Organization settings (the top right button) > Development / API keys . Then check that the API key exists and that it's valid.

3. Check your subscription: to freely use the cookie consent widget, you must have a valid subscription to the feature. Contact your organization owner if they do not see the cookie button displayed in the navigation, it is likely that the functionality is not included in your subscription. You can contact the support department for more information.

4. For any other problem, contact the support.
