# Manage data subject right requests

## Creation of a DSR request

There are 3 ways to create a rights request in Dastra: 

1. Creating a DSR request manually 
2. Automatically via a collection email address
3. Automatically via a request collection form.

### Creating a DSR request manually

To create a new request manually directly from the record of DSR requests, click on the 'Subject rights' module and then the 'Create a request' button.

### Creation of a DSR request via a collection e-mail address

To create one or more requests for exercising rights via a collection email address in Dastra, you must first activate the ["collection email address" integration. ](https://doc.dastra.eu/en/features/settings/data-collection-mailboxes)\
\
To do this, go to the workspace **settings**, then to the "**integrations**" section and finally click on "**Incoming mail data collection**".

If this integration is not already installed, install it.

Next, click on the pre-configured use case "Transform an incoming email into a request to exercise rights with associated attachments". An email address will be generated automatically.

Therefore, each email sent to this address will automatically be transformed into a request to exercise rights in Dastra!

## Importing / exporting data subject rights requests

Click on the top right menu and on the "Import" button.\
\
Then follow the guide to [importing data into Dastra](https://doc.dastra.eu/en/features/generalites/importer-vos-donnees-excel-csv).

To export, click on the "export" button from the same interface.
