How to display the history of modifications on a processing activity?

For all the processing activities, you can display the history of the modifications as well as the details of the changes.

Just click on the icon at the top of the page representing a clock.

Please note that changes in organizational units are not tracked.

Is it possible to automatically add elements in the "stakeholders" field in a new processing activity?

No, it's not possible to update stakeholders in an automated way via the automated workflow.

However, it's possible to create a custom field at the stakeholder level that can be modified via the automated workflow.

How to delete a processing activity?

To delete a processing activity, it's necessary to archive the processing activity using the archive button and then by displaying the archives from the filters, it is possible to permanently delete the processing activity. This is a safeguard against hasty deletions.

To archive a processing activity, click on the three small dots on the processing activity to display the menu.

How can I change my type of processing activity (from one created as a data controller to one created as a processor, and vice versa)?

You can change the type of processing by clicking on “Switch to processor record” or “Switch to responsible of the processing”:

Error Message: "Label field is required."

This message typically appears when a field is left blank while answering a questionnaire.

Error message : "Prohibited HTML content is present in a field !"

Prohibited HTML content is present in a field !

This message means that HTML code (usually enclosed in angle brackets < >) is present in a field where HTML is not allowed (for security reasons).

The following message makes it easy to identify the affected field:

Error message: "The user ID does not exist in your organization." when recording a data processing.

This message means that a user who has been removed from your workspace is still set as an Accountable in the stakeholders of the data processing.

The deleted user must be removed from the stakeholders of the data processing to resolve this issue.
