# Problemen oplossen

In sommige gevallen wordt de cookie-widget niet weergegeven. Hier zijn de oplossingen voor dit probleem:

1. Controleer de domeinen die gekoppeld zijn aan de widget. Ga hiervoor naar **Cookies** > **Selecteer een widget** > **Configuratie**. Wijzig de geautoriseerde domeinen op deze manier, met het formaat *<https://myurl.com>* :\

2. **Controleer de geldigheid van je publieke API sleutel** (Gebruik niet de privé sleutel!). 3. **Controleer je abonnement**: om de cookie toestemmingswidget vrij te kunnen gebruiken, moet je een geldig abonnement op de functionaliteit hebben. Neem contact op met de eigenaar van je organisatie als je de cookies-knop niet ziet verschijnen in de navigatie, dit betekent waarschijnlijk dat de functionaliteit niet is opgenomen in je abonnement.
