# Tag beheer
## Waar worden tags voor gebruikt?
Tags worden gebruikt om informatie te classificeren volgens uw eigen methodologie. Ze kunnen worden gebruikt om processen of andere elementen in Dastra te identificeren, zodat ze zich van de massa onderscheiden
U kunt bijvoorbeeld een tag "Prioriteit" of "Te controleren" of "Gevoelige verwerking" plaatsen om de betreffende verwerking of andere elementen gemakkelijk terug te vinden. De lijst met tags is niet beperkt. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld meerdere tags aan een Verwerking toevoegen. Door op een tag te klikken, filtert u automatisch de Verwerkingen die deze tag dragen.
## Hoe maak ik tags aan?
Er zijn twee mogelijkheden. Ofwel bestaat de tag al, in dat geval kunt u hem selecteren. Als hij niet bestaat, kun je op **de enter-toets op je toetsenbord** drukken, waardoor de nieuwe tag automatisch wordt aangemaakt en aan de selectielijst wordt toegevoegd
## Hoe beheer ik alle tags in de applicatie?
* Ga naar > **Werkruimte instellingen** 
* Klik op het **Tag beheer** menu
