# Activa

Hier vult u de applicaties, software of andere in die dienen als **ondersteuning voor persoonsgegevens**.

Als u bijvoorbeeld CRM-software gebruikt, voeg deze dan toe aan deze lijst.

Met deze informatie, **niet verplicht voor het bijhouden van het register**, kunt u **de toepassingsketen in kaart brengen die de gegevens met elkaar verbindt**.

**Het doel is om u in staat te stellen gegevensdragers te beheren en uw Activa te koppelen aan uw gegevenscatalogus**.

Op deze manier kunt u snel en eenvoudig **de soorten gegevensverwerking definiëren via deze verwerkingsactiviteit**.

NB: Activa zijn niet noodzakelijk gekoppeld aan onderaannemers. Het kan bijvoorbeeld gaan om **software die op de server is geïnstalleerd zonder dat de uitgever betrokken is bij de gegevensverwerking**.
