# Een nieuw inbreuk documenteren

## Inleiding

Er zijn 2 manieren om een nieuwe inbreuk in DASTRA te documenteren:

1. Handmatig een nieuw inbreuk invoeren
2. Overtredingen importeren als Excel-, csv- of tekstbestand

### Handmatige documentatie van een inbreuk

Als je op de knop "Gegevensinbreuk toevoegen" klikt, verschijnt er een venster waarin je de gegevensinbreuk in detail kunt beschrijven. Volg de stappen en klik op "Opslaan en afsluiten". Dat was het, je hebt je eerste inbreuk handmatig gedocumenteerd!

### Het logboek importeren/exporteren

Het volledige logboek kan worden geïmporteerd en geëxporteerd. Om een inbreuk te importeren, klik je op het pijl-icoon naast de "voeg een inbreuk toe" knop.

Er verschijnt een venster met een "importeer" knop. Klik hierop, download het registersjabloon en volg dan de instructies om de inbreuken te importeren in Dastra. Eenmaal geïmporteerd zullen de overtredingen direct beschikbaar zijn in het datalogboek.
