Learn how to export and share a questionnaire report in Dastra.
Once answers have been collected and the questionnaire validated, you can export or share the report in several ways.
From the response view, the following actions are available:
Consult: review all answers and scores directly in Dastra
Validate: approve the response and move it to "Published" status
Export: download the report as a PDF or other format
Archive: archive the response to keep your workspace clean without deleting data
You can also view the questionnaire score and risk rating, and generate an action plan automatically based on the answers provided by respondents.
