# Transparenzhinweis

Ein **Transparenzhinweis** (oder Informationshinweis) ist ein wichtiges Dokument, um Nutzer und Beteiligte über die Funktionsweise und Nutzung der KI-Systeme zu informieren. Dieser Hinweis soll sicherstellen, dass die KI-Systeme transparent und verantwortungsvoll sind und die Grundrechte der Einzelpersonen respektieren.

In Dastra müssen Sie diesen Hinweis im Abschnitt „**Dokumentation**" eines KI-Systems integrieren. Sie können ihn als Dokument hochladen oder direkt innerhalb des Tabs verfassen.
