# Mit anderen Kalendern synchronisieren

## Einleitung

In Dastra ist es möglich, alle erstellten Aktionen mit anderen Kalendern zu synchronisieren, wie zum Beispiel berufliche Kalender, die von E-Mail-Diensten angeboten werden.

## Mit anderen Kalendern synchronisieren

Gehen Sie dazu auf den Reiter "Spalten" oder "Tabelle" im Modul "Planung" und klicken Sie dann auf den Pfeil oben rechts auf dem Bildschirm neben der Schaltfläche "Neue Aufgabe". Klicken Sie anschließend auf "Mit meinem Kalender synchronisieren (Outlook...).

Dadurch wird ein **Link** generiert und/oder eine **.ics-Datei** heruntergeladen, mit der es möglich ist, den Kalender der Ihnen zugewiesenen Aufgaben mit jeder beliebigen Kalenderanwendung (Outlook, Google...) zu synchronisieren.
