# Betroffenenrechte

Jede von einer Datenverarbeitung betroffene Person hat Rechte an den sie betreffenden Daten. Diese Rechte, definiert in den [**Artikeln 15 ff.**](https://dsgvo-gesetz.de/art-15-dsgvo/) der DSGVO, gelten je nach der für die Durchführung der Verarbeitung gewählten Rechtsgrundlage oder dem anwendbaren rechtlichen Regime. So gilt das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit nur bei Verarbeitungen, die auf Einwilligung oder auf der Erfüllung eines Vertrags basieren.

Für jedes Recht wird von Ihnen verlangt, anzugeben, wie dieses ausgeübt wird. Es kann automatisiert sein, zum Beispiel wenn die Person ihr Recht direkt in einer vernetzten Umgebung ausübt. Andernfalls ist es manuell oder auf Anfrage.

Dieser Abschnitt ermöglicht es Ihnen, anzugeben, wie die Ausübung der Rechte bei der Verarbeitung angewendet wird. Im Rahmen der Rechenschaftspflicht ist es notwendig, den Prozess zu definieren, der die wirksame Ausübung der Betroffenenrechte gewährleistet.
